We are looking for a professional,
customer-focused Delivery Coordinator to join our growing team. This role is
perfect for someone who loves creating exceptional customer experiences, is
highly organized, and thrives in a fast-paced dealership environment.
As a Delivery Coordinator, you will be
responsible for managing all aspects of the vehicle delivery process. Ensuring
every customer leaves confident, informed, and excited about their new vehicle.
What You’ll Do
Coordinate Vehicle Deliveries
- Schedule and prepare new and pre-owned
deliveries by working closely with Sales and the Business Office.
- Ensure vehicles are fully detailed,
accessorized, and ready for customer pickup.
- Review all paperwork and delivery
requirements to ensure a smooth handover.
Create an Exceptional Customer Experience
- Serve as the main point of contact during
the customer’s pickup appointment.
- Walk customers through vehicle features,
technology, safety systems, and key functionality.
- Assist with app setup, Bluetooth pairing,
drive mode explanations, and ownership tips.
- Introduce customers to the Service
Department and help book their first service appointment.
Support Customer Satisfaction
- Complete 24–48 hour follow-up calls to
ensure customer satisfaction.
- Proactively address concerns and escalate
issues to management when needed.
- Help maintain high CSI performance.
Administrative & Dealership Support
- Assist with reception coverage during
downtime (phone lines, greeting guests).
- File, scan, and organize delivery-related
paperwork.
- Support Sales Management with client
follow-ups and internal coordination.

- Valid Ontario driver’s licence with clean
driving record.
