Oakville Nissan is seeking a dedicated and
experienced Service Advisor to join our high-performing Fixed Operations team.
As a flagship, newly renovated facility—the only one of its kind in Canada—we

customer service skills to the table.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

Warmly greet guests and manage
the check-in process
·
Schedule service appointments
and accurately prepare work orders
·
Communicate technician findings
to customers with clarity and confidence
·
Recommend appropriate services
based on vehicle needs—not just routine menus
·
Ensure authorizations and
documentation are properly secured
·
Keep customers informed
throughout the service journey
·
Review completed work and
explain services and charges
·
Collaborate with technicians
and parts advisors to ensure smooth operations
·
Follow up post-service to
ensure customer satisfaction
·
Assist the team with service
drive support and process improvements
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
·
Previous experience as a
Service Advisor (dealership experience preferred)
·
Strong communication, customer
service, and organizational skills
·
Ability to multitask in a busy
service environment
·
Working knowledge of automotive
systems and services is a plus
·
Familiarity with dealership CRM
systems (ERA/Reynolds experience is an asset)
·
Typing proficiency and
attention to detail
·
Prior Nissan or Japanese import
experience is an asset
·
Availability to work evenings
and Saturdays as required
