We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Parts Advisor to join our dynamic team. This is a full-time, in-person role with opportunities to grow in a fast-paced, service-driven environment.


Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Parts Advisor. The Parts Advisor will be responsible for assisting customers with their parts needs, ensuring customer satisfaction by providing timely and accurate information. Daily tasks include managing parts inventory, processing orders, and collaborating with the service department. The role requires maintaining a high level of customer service and dealer management to ensure efficient operations.


You will be responsible for:

  • Providing high-quality customer service to internal teams (service technicians) and external customers (retail and wholesale).
  • Assisting customers with part selection, availability, and pricing over the phone and at the counter.
  • Processing orders efficiently via phone, retail, technician, and wholesale channels.
  • Managing payments from retail clients and coordinating delivery or pickup when necessary.
  • Maintaining accurate inventory records and staying organized in a fast-moving environment.
  • Handling customer concerns or complaints in alignment with company guidelines.
  • Supporting occasional pick-up and delivery of parts.
  • Collaborating closely with the service department to ensure seamless operations.


What You Bring


We’re looking for a proactive, detail-oriented team player with a passion for the automotive industry. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Prior experience in a parts advisor role, preferably within an automotive dealership.
  • Strong working knowledge of automotive parts and general mechanical repairs.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills – both verbal and written.
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs or more regularly.
  • Experience with inventory management systems – PBS experience is a strong asset.
  • Excellent time management, multitasking abilities, and organizational skills.
  • A valid G-Class driver’s license with a clean driver’s abstract.
  • A positive attitude, professional demeanor, and a commitment to exceptional customer service.
